Replay mode — drag the scrubber anywhere in the match, forwards or back. On a live feed the slider would cap at the latest delivery bowled.
The big number is a rolling mean over the selected window and the line is that same rolling mean across the innings; the badge top-right of each card is this ball's own reading, which changes every delivery. Bounce uses only deliveries pitched 5–9 m from the stumps, so lengths are compared like-for-like. Pace loss is the share of forward pace the ball sheds across the bounce (pre- vs post-bounce velocity) — higher means a slower, grippier surface. End is the end the bowler ran from — conditions often differ end to end.
SR Strike rate (runs per 100 balls) · Swing pre-bounce lateral movement · Deviation post-bounce movement off the pitch (seam or turn) · Grip the sideways kick off the pitch, |ΔVy|/|ΔVx| across the bounce — used in place of the feed's coefficient of friction, which barely predicts the deviation it is meant to cause (r 0.30 against 0.75).
